After a number of failed attempts I found a solution that worked posted by <a title=\"OveDR\" href=\"https:\/\/social.technet.microsoft.com\/Forums\/windows\/en-US\/fdd3d7ae-226f-4098-8cc9-71b28f0744d8\/hotfix-for-kb3013769-kb3000850?forum=w8itprogeneral\" target=\"_blank\">OveDR<\/a>. I&#8217;m going to reprint his solution here since there was some typos that I found.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"message root\">\n<ul class=\"message root\">\n<li id=\"fdd3d7ae-226f-4098-8cc9-71b28f0744d8\" class=\"message  root\">\n<div class=\"messageContentContainer\">\n<div class=\"messageContent\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"body\">\n<p><em>KB3000850(Nov&#8217;2014), KB3013769(Dec&#8217;2014)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Installing printer driver Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility driver failed<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Step by step (for x64)<br \/>\n<strong>1. <\/strong>Uninstall KB3013769, restart PC<br \/>\n<strong>2. <\/strong>Uninstall KB3014442 and KB3000850, restart PC<br \/>\n<strong>3. <\/strong>Re-install KB3000850 (includes KB3014442), restart PC<\/p>\n<p><strong>* KB3000850 has a bug where the following 5 files are not updated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Open Command Prompt (cmd.exe) (Admin mode)<\/p>\n<p>net stop Spooler<\/p>\n<p>copy %windir%\\WinSxS\\amd64_ntprint.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17415_none_2c0b97e88e705434\\Amd64\\PS5UI.DLL %windir%\\System32\\spool\\drivers\\x64\\3\\PS5UI.DLL<\/p>\n<p>copy %windir%\\WinSxS\\amd64_ntprint.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17415_none_2c0b97e88e705434\\Amd64\\PSCRIPT5.DLL %windir%\\System32\\spool\\drivers\\x64\\3\\PSCRIPT5.DLL<\/p>\n<p>copy %windir%\\WinSxS\\amd64_ntprint.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17415_none_2c0b97e88e705434\\Amd64\\UNIDRV.DLL %windir%\\System32\\spool\\drivers\\x64\\3\\UNIDRV.DLL<\/p>\n<p>copy %windir%\\WinSxS\\amd64_ntprint.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17415_none_2c0b97e88e705434\\Amd64\\UNIDRVUI.DLL %windir%\\System32\\spool\\drivers\\x64\\3\\UNIDRVUI.DLL<\/p>\n<p>copy %windir%\\WinSxS\\amd64_ntprint.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.3.9600.17415_none_2c0b97e88e705434\\Amd64\\UNIRES.DLL %windir%\\System32\\spool\\drivers\\x64\\3\\UNIRES.DLL<\/p>\n<p>net start Spooler<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. <\/strong>Re-install KB3013769, restart PC<\/p>\n<p><strong>* KB3013769 has a bug where it doesn&#8217;t update the following registry key:<\/strong> [KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Print\\Environments\\&#8230;&#8230;.\\Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility driver]<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. <\/strong>Copy all text &amp;
